Registration Details:
​

All new and existing Yarrambat Phantoms players to the Autumn 2024 Season are required to submit through PlayHQ:

• A registration fee of $310 per player, with a 5% discount for every subsequent
child registered. This covers our training venues, game day fees/door entry &
end of year club events & presentation days.

• An additional, compulsory $26 fee payable directly to Basketball Victoria for
insurance purposes. ($39 for those over 18). (Note: This is an annual fee and will not be required if you have already paid this at the beginning of the
Spring 2023 Season.)

 

When submitting fees, you have one of two options:

• Submit fees in full at time of registration.

• Place down a $100 deposit. Outstanding fees must be paid by Friday, 1st March 2024. If not, your player(s) cannot participate in games on Saturday 2nd March 2024, or any future games moving forward until the balance is met. Remaining fees can be paid here. 
 

Please remember that $50 of the fee is non-refundable if a player pulls out prior to teams being released. The deposit, or $100 of the total fee, is non-refundable once teams are released.

All players who have outstanding fees from their previous season will need to contact the treasurer at treasurer@yarrambatphantoms.com.au before being eligible to register
for the upcoming season.
